I used to work in a corporate space in a male dominated industry. Most of the men i worked with were 20 years my senior. I am grateful that they were so authentically themselves. They were not afraid to make mistakes or admit when they didn’t know something. It gave me the courage to do the same. They were well prepared but always ready to learn more and ask questions. Their confidence and authenticity helped me gain my own.
