Unleashing Life’s Transformative Power

with Kyle Ramon M. Ebeo

Interview by Chris Palmore

For Kyle Ramon M. Ebeo, gratitude is more than a positive thought. It is a practice for embracing life, strengthening relationships, healing the inner world, and recognizing the gifts that are already present.

In this GratitudeSpace conversation, Kyle reflects on how gratitude grew from a practice he discovered through reading into a way of living that touches his family, spirituality, relationships, challenges, and hopes for the future.

01

What does being grateful mean to you?

It is simple but very potent and powerful. Key to divine oneness and living life to the fullest.

“Gratitude can become a way of embracing life.”

02

How has your understanding of gratitude evolved over time?

I’ve discovered gratitude through the book “The Magic” and practiced it to improve my life. Then, it became a practice for me to embrace life, to be one with all.

Deep gratitude is like inhaling; when you inhale a lot, you have no choice but to exhale; this is the only way, and deep gratitude is transformed into thanksgiving.

Meditation and mindfulness

03

Right now, at this moment, what are three things you are grateful for and why?

  • I am grateful for inner healing because it means a lot, purification, becoming brighter and more peaceful. As the inner world heals, the outer world heals as well.
  • I am deeply grateful to my parents because they have been very kind, patient, and supportive of me. I have progressed in life because of them.
  • With all of my heart, I am deeply grateful to have a wonderful son. Because his love is comforting and healing, he is obedient, making me believe his future is bright.

04

How do you incorporate gratitude into your daily routine?

As much as possible, I want to master it. To live a grateful life every moment. Being grateful as much as I can remember.

I regularly take note of the things I’m grateful for. I start my yoga class with gratitude. Start and end the day with gratitude.

Inner reflections throughout the day: I find things I can be grateful for when something bad happens. When I have success, whether physical or internal, I give thanks for allowing me to experience that. So, for the lessons behind the problems.

Appreciating everyone as much as I can. Studying and sharing the wisdom of gratitude.
